Season I
CHAPTERS
Season 1:
1. Irrashaimase to Kaibara High University
Two male transferees arrive and are roughly greeted by Cagalli. Although treated harshly, Boom ends up having a crush on Cagalli, while Kanji realizes she has feelings for Yousuke.
2. Library Research work
Students under Morton's care are made to do research at the library. Cagalli creates a noise that gets Morton's atention. She is sent off to the principal's office and is released easily but has to go to detention along with Boom.
3. A newcomer at the University
Akane is introduced at Art class. Kanji feels sad when Yousuke has his attention on Akane. Akane gets bullied but Yousuke appears to save her.
4. Sadie Hawkins Dance
Cagalli freaks over about a party as brutal rules are set. Boom's secret admirer gathers the courage to ask him to the dance. Cagalli and Kanji takes two guys to the dance and are both shock by a surprise performance.
5. Darn Elevator!
The characters goes to the mall. They ride an elevator and get stuck inside with the people they never had in mind of hanging out with.
6. Kaibara’s Hall Monitor-Mitoru
Cagalli meets Mitoru and instantly hates him. The more connections Mitoru has with Cagalli, the more she wanted him out of her sight.
7. S.O.S. - Revenge
Maya suffers from a broken relationship from Kenji. Cagalli decides to give him a payback. With the help of Kanji, they both plan to take revenge. But things turn out the least they expect it to.
8. Tour to the Onsen
The students are off to the onsen. The boys are taken for servants by the girls because of their perverted actions. Morton tries to find his room, hoping no one sees him half-naked.
9. Hide and Seek
After finding an old mansion from a small village, the students set off to see what mysteries it behold. They experience a night of fright and screams as they try and hope to find a way out before the unseen brings them to its world.
10. Stuck at Detention... Again?!
Cagalli and Boom are sent to detention at the library. They are forgotten inside and has to survive 'til the sun rises.
11. Loving apart—falling apart?
Kanji's feelings for Yousuke grow bigger and is confused if she should confess to him or not. Kanji burst out in tears upon seeing Yousuke's progression with Akane. Kanji finds solace in the arms of someone.
12. Mumonchii Tags Along
A new character is introduced. Mumonchii comes all the way from Paris just to see Cagalli but she never did want to see him and hopes he leaves sooner.
13. Athlethic Meet
The students of Kaibara High University trains hard for two weeks before finally meeting the students of ZAFT University. The athletic meet official begins with pride.
14. Get Over It!
Kanji tries to confess her love to Yousuke but is always being disturbed by someone.
15. Dobutsu's Gang
Dobutsu receives a letter from her high school gang, saying to come to Kyoto. She is accompanied by Tsukishiro and Dobutsu's high school life is told.
16. A Rival in Love
Cagalli sees a person in a ZAFT uniform and wonders if they want another competition against their school. Cagalli's heart is captured that makes Boom gloomy.
17. The Unexpected Thing
Kanji finally confessess her love to Yousuke and gets the unexpected reply from him.
18. Autumn Fest
The rumor mill starts to roll again as Kisa and Nikki gets a hot scoop for the school newspaper containing a false Cagalli and Boom secret affair.
19. Koukou Roleplay
The school is having a roleplay and some of the known characters are chosen. Cagalli brings chaos to the play that draws Dobutsu and Morton to take part and make the show a success.
20. Disaster at the Fair
Mumonchii quickly phones Boom and tells the bad news to him. Boom phones Yousuke who is forced to accompany him. When they all meet at the fair, Cagalli gets furious and the lovely night turns into a disaster.
21. Athrun vs. Boom
Boom is sick of watching Athrun and Cagalli together. He challenges Athrun to a duel and the outcome is reversed.
22. Beach Party I
Tribute to the senpais was done by going to the beach. Everyone enjoys their stay and some even gets drunk.
23. Beach Party II
Kanji is hurted by Yousuke's words while Cagalli is forbidden to open her mouth and talk. A night of mishap happens between the girls and boys.
24. The Worst Day Ever
Letting her anger take control of her body, Cagalli destroys Boom's most price possession. He then becomes ignorant.
25. Sakura no Hana Fest: Fin
The school year and season ends with a festival that everyone attends to.

1.The Sakura Book
Yousuke finds a mysterious book while inside a bookshop. He insults this and is later angered by Cagalli for doing so. Yousuke and Boom argues on who gets the book.
2. Unearthly Musuem
Kanji loses the friendship keychain she and Cagalli bought. Cagalli is pumped up to find it. The keychain is later found in the hands of a person they know.
3. Missing: Bracelet
The students go the the museum and are divided into small groups. The foursome find themselves together and try to handle the weirdness of the museum.
4. Invisibility Potion
Cagalli gets mad when she is being ignored by everyone, thinking she doesn't exist. In order for people to notice her again, a little girl helps her in exchange for something.
5. Halloween Party
Everyone busies themselves with the preparations of the party. Weird, surprising and shocking unexpected things happens. Plus, will Yousuke and Boom make it in time?
